MEP Engineer

Responsibilities

• Participate in purchase and sale reviews of existing properties and project developments within the MEP sub-area
• Conduct technical due diligence including document review, property inspection, and technical assessment
• Perform condition assessments for heating, ventilation, sanitation, HVAC, elevator technology, electrical, BMS/BAS, and fire protection
• Support internal quality control for costs and reports
• Develop feasibility studies within interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

• University degree in building services engineering, facility management, or comparable qualification
• 2-3 years of professional experience in MEP project management, planning, or technical property management
• Proficiency in assessing construction and refurbishment costs
• In-depth knowledge of MEP standards, guidelines, and industry developments
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel within Austria
