About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in purchase and sale reviews of existing properties and project developments within the MEP sub-area
- Conduct technical due diligence including document review, property inspection, and technical assessment
- Perform condition assessments for heating, ventilation, sanitation, HVAC, elevator technology, electrical, BMS/BAS, and fire protection
- Support internal quality control for costs and reports
- Develop feasibility studies within interdisciplinary teams
Requirements
- University degree in building services engineering, facility management, or comparable qualification
- 2-3 years of professional experience in MEP project management, planning, or technical property management
- Proficiency in assessing construction and refurbishment costs
- In-depth knowledge of MEP standards, guidelines, and industry developments
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel within Austria
