MEP Engineer

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates procedures for Building Projects under construction related to MEP discipline
• Monitors work progress and adherence to daily and project schedules
• Oversees proper execution of work by subcontractors in accordance with specifications and records
• Collaborates with contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Manages and supervises procurement of technical goods and services
• Participates in contract preparation, drafting Bill of Quantities, and Cost Estimates
• Manages and coordinates testing and commissioning programs
• Conducts regular audits for compliance with project requirements, Health & Safety, and codes
• Prepares weekly and monthly progress reports for the Project Manager

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (TEI/AEI)
• 5 years of experience as a construction engineer or in a technical project office
• Experience in supervision and coordination of construction site works for building projects
• Experience with office buildings, hotel complexes, or building renovations is desired
• Excellent command of spoken and written English (C2)
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD
