Responsibilities

• Perform on-site trade coordination and management
• Coordinate material design, fabrication, delivery, and installation
• Interact with field supervision and manage cost and design issues including change orders and RFIs
• Read and understand construction design documents and specifications
• Perform construction cost estimates and quantity surveys
• Manage trades and coordinate with exposure to BIM

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a construction or engineering related field OR 3+ years of equivalent work experience
• Outstanding communication and time management skills
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Willingness to relocate as needed
