MEP Engineer

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate the construction of MEP works for building projects
• Coordinate foremen and site personnel
• Supervise MEP works and subcontractors according to construction specifications and project requirements
• Conduct market research for materials and participate in cost estimation and technical offers
• Support the preparation of submissions to the K.t.E.
• Prevent and resolve technical construction problems
• Conduct, coordinate, and monitor testing of MEP equipment
• Monitor and control project expenses
• Maintain project logs and archives
• Prepare and check subcontractor accounts and certifications
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports for the Project Manager
• Ensure compliance with company Quality, Health & Safety standards

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 3-5 years of site experience
• Experience in supervision and coordination of MEP works in building projects
• Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Very good knowledge of AutoCAD
