Responsibilities

  • Support the mechanical and electrical construction needs of mission-critical facilities and related projects
  • Assist with procurement of mechanical and electrical equipment, including vendor coordination and contract deliverables
  • Coordinate equipment submittals and manage deliverables from contract award through manufacturing and delivery
  • Communicate regularly with MEP equipment vendors, design engineers, and onsite project teams
  • Track equipment deliveries from manufacturing facilities to project sites and support associated cost tracking
  • Review and interpret electrical, HVAC, plumbing, architectural, and civil drawings and specifications
  • Coordinate scopes, schedules, RFIs, and change orders in collaboration with project teams
  • Ensure proper coordination of schedules, logistics, and delivery requirements to support project milestones
  • Track performance using KPIs and support data-driven analysis to improve supply chain efficiency
  • Travel to vendor or integrator facilities as needed for scope alignment, inspections, testing, or commissioning activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of commercial construction experience supporting large, sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of MEP systems and equipment
  • Experience coordinating scopes, schedules, RFIs, change orders, and tracking project budgets and costs
  • Ability to read and understand electrical, HVAC, plumbing, architectural, and civil plans and specifications
  • Willingness to travel as required for vendor coordination and offsite activities
