Responsibilities
- Design HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Electrical systems
- Prepare engineering calculations and construction documents
- Develop and coordinate Revit/BIM models
- Perform code compliance reviews and quality control checks
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors
- Mentor and support junior engineers and designers
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 4+ years of MEP building design experience
- Proficiency in Revit MEP and Bluebeam
- Strong understanding of building systems and construction practices
- Knowledge of codes and standards including ASHRAE, NFPA (70, 72), NEC, and various IBC/IPC/UPC standards
