MEP Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical and electrical construction for Mission Critical facilities and related projects
• Supervise all Mechanical and Electrical Trade contractors and vendors involved in the project
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation for mechanical and electrical systems from pre-construction through project close-out

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems
• Extensive experience managing the construction of data centers and complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects
• Experience developing project scopes and schedules, coordinating change orders and RFIs, and managing project budgets and cost control
• Strong ability to manage relationships with owners’ representatives, architects, engineers, and clients, while supervising subcontractors and vendors
