Menu Strategy Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the balancing and publishing process for Core, Family, and Extras menus
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to identify actionable takeaways for future menus
• Execute weekly and monthly KPI tracking for financial and qualitative metrics
• Track competitor product offerings and promotions
• Lead the meal selection process including data preparation and meeting leadership
• Support weekly recipe ideation and provide feedback on new meals
• Review weekly menus to ensure accurate merchandising and production guardrails

Requirements

• Four-year degree in a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets experience
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Passion for food and ability to taste and provide feedback on all ingredients
