Responsibilities

• Provide academic guidance and emotional support to first-year students to ensure their success and integral well-being.
• Guide students through decision-making processes and follow up on their academic progress.
• Implement academic and well-being strategies to increase student satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate individual and group interactions according to the Student Journey.
• Support students in choosing their professional semester aligned with their life purpose.
• Apply the ECO model and referral protocols for students at risk.
• Teach up to two groups of the "Positive Organizations" subject.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with professional title and license (any field).
• 5 years of experience in Human Resources (recruitment, selection, training, or organizational development).
• 2 years of experience in university teaching, tutoring, or training interns/residents.
• Strong effective communication and leadership skills.
• Result-oriented mindset with ability in conflict management.
