Responsibilities

• Ensure students have the tools to define their life purpose and follow short, medium, and long-term goals.
• Facilitate the correct integration of new and returning students into the University.
• Deliver group courses and individual follow-ups regarding life purpose definition processes.
• Provide students with strategies for choosing certificates that align with their professional competencies and life purpose.
• Monitor academic progress and provide integral follow-up to ensure student retention.
• Support students in developing self-management skills for their personal and professional life plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Title and professional license are indispensable).
• At least 3 years of experience in university-level teaching.
• Professional experience in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Coaching, or Consulting.
• Strong learning agility, service orientation, adaptability, and self-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience with ECOAS scores higher than 8.5 in the last year.
