About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Educators and oversee engaging before- and after-school programs for children aged 5-12
  • Create and lead dynamic, child-centered programs including STEM, sports, cooking, and arts and crafts
  • Manage team rosters, day-to-day operations, and administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance and foster an environment of teamwork and growth

Requirements

  • Natural leadership skills with experience guiding teams
  • VIC Diploma-Level qualification (completed or working towards)
  • State working-with-children check
  • Ability to obtain a national police check
  • Australian working rights
  • Completion of National Child Safety Training
