About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Educators and oversee engaging before- and after-school programs for children aged 5-12
- Create and lead dynamic, child-centered programs including STEM, sports, cooking, and arts and crafts
- Manage team rosters, day-to-day operations, and administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance and foster an environment of teamwork and growth
Requirements
- Natural leadership skills with experience guiding teams
- VIC Diploma-Level qualification (completed or working towards)
- State working-with-children check
- Ability to obtain a national police check
- Australian working rights
- Completion of National Child Safety Training
