Mental Health Worker

Responsibilities

• Oversee counselor documentation in clinical sections of client charts
• Facilitate multi-disciplinary treatment planning and updates
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions
• Coordinate family and conjoint therapy
• Provide daily clinical progress notes
• Manage up to 25 client-facing service hours per week
• Participate in clinical team meetings and in-service training

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a mental health related field (preferred) or 3 years of behavioral health experience
• Experience in residential or outpatient settings
• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge of addiction and human behavior
• Ability to establish therapeutic alliances with clients
