Mental Health Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic mental health assessments and individual, couple, or group psychotherapy
• Develop and monitor treatment plans to support recovery
• Facilitate individual growth with an emphasis on strengths, culture, and resiliency
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to support service coordination
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation according to standards
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervisory sessions
• Maintain a trauma-informed environment of wellbeing

Requirements

• Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or a similar field
• Current license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the State of Colorado (or ability to obtain within 24 months)
• Minimum of one year of experience working with severe and persistently mentally ill populations
• Ability to work overnight shifts (Monday–Wednesday, 7:00pm–7:30am)
