Mental Health Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, family, and crisis counseling services to students in assigned K–12 Catholic schools
• Deliver social and emotional learning programming
• Support school principals and staff in responding to challenging student behaviors
• Work collaboratively with school personnel, families, and community partners to support student mental health and wellness

Requirements

• Master's degree in counseling or social work
• Current licensure in the State of Ohio as an LPC, LPCC, LSW, or LISW
• Experience providing mental health treatment to a variety of clients
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• LPCC or LISW licensure
• Experience providing mental health counseling in a K–12 school setting
• Knowledge of Catholic school culture
• Demonstrated success working independently, as part of a team, and in partnership with school staff and community members
