Mental Health Therapist

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+)
• Practice modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI
• Maintain a caseload of 7-20 attended ongoing therapy and consult sessions per week
• Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust approaches based on client progress
• Collaborate with other mental health providers and refer clients when appropriate
• Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations

Requirements

• Active license in good standing as a LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Washington
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+)
• At least six months of teletherapy experience
• Proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9)
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Availability for 8-24 hours per week
• Willingness to become licensed in other states
