About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based, culturally responsive mental health therapy to children, adults, couples, and families.
  • Deliver in-person care to clients in the South Burlington, VT area.
  • Utilize clinical best practices, including measurement-based care and promoting skills practice.
  • Manage clinical risk and respond to clinical crises as needed.

Requirements

  • Master's or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD).
  • Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license allowing for independent practice without supervision.
  • Proven experience with pediatric mental health therapy.
  • Experience with evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, or DBT.
  • Ability to provide in-person care and possession of local office space in the South Burlington area.
  • Must be a full-time resident of the United States.
