Mental Health Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, evidence-based mental health care to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
• Deliver culturally responsive therapy using clinical best practices and measurement-based care.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or CPT.
• Manage clinical risk and respond to clinical crises as needed.
• Manage your own schedule and client appointments through the Lyra platform.

Requirements

• Master's or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, PhD, PsyD).
• Unrestricted NC state licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or PhD) with the ability to practice independently.
• Must have a physical office location near Durham, NC to provide in-person care.
• Proven experience with evidence-based treatments and managing clinical crises.
• Must be a full-time resident of the United States.
