About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide short-term, in-person, evidence-based mental health treatment to clients (approximately 20 hours per week).
- Facilitate employee training and clinical consultations related to mental health care.
- Develop and deliver onsite training to employees in collaboration with Lyra and the employer.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and assist with manager or clinical consultation requests.
- Participate in employer-sponsored mental health initiatives and provide timely data reports to stakeholders.
- Support critical incidents on an as-needed basis.
Requirements
- Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC) or a Doctorate in clinical psychology.
- Unrestricted Washington, DC license (able to work independently without supervision).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Experience and commitment to evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, or DBT.
- Experience and comfort with facilitating trainings, teaching, or public speaking.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) onsite in Washington, D.C.
- Full-time resident of the United States.
