About the role
Responsibilities
- Assess children’s development using standardized tools and provide interventions targeting cognitive, psychosocial, and family systems needs
- Deliver transdisciplinary services and collaborate with families to develop individualized treatment goals in the IFSP
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to plan and coordinate care with families, physicians, and community agencies
- Complete documentation, including assessments, IFSPs, progress notes, and insurance reports, within required timelines
- Maintain compliance with DPH and agency standards and provide in-service training within your area of expertise
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology or related field
- Experience working with young children
- Valid Massachusetts Drivers License
