About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assess children's development using standardized tools and provide interventions targeting cognitive, psychosocial, and family systems needs
  • Deliver transdisciplinary services and collaborate with families to develop individualized treatment goals in the IFSP
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to plan and coordinate care with families, physicians, and community agencies
  • Complete documentation including assessments, IFSPs, progress notes, and insurance reports within required timelines
  • Maintain compliance with DPH and agency standards and provide in-service training within your area of expertise

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Experience working with young children
  • Valid Massachusetts Driver's License
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Portuguese
