Responsibilities

• Deliver side-by-side interventions emphasizing problem-solving, skill-building, and behavior modeling
• Collaborate with teams and clients to assess symptoms and monitor responses to interventions
• Promote access to culturally competent, strengths-based, and recovery-oriented services
• Support clients in utilizing personal and community resources to achieve individualized goals
• Work closely with supervisors to ensure service delivery aligns with client needs and recovery objectives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with adults with severe mental illness
• Valid Massachusetts drivers license
