Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling aligned to student goals and IEPs
- Collaborate with educators and families to design and monitor behavior or counseling plans
- Conduct crisis intervention and provide emotional support to students in distress
- Lead social-emotional learning sessions and professional development for staff
- Document counseling services and maintain compliance with confidentiality standards
Requirements
- Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
- Active PA license or certification in counseling, social work, or school counseling
- Minimum two years of experience providing individual or group counseling to children
- Expertise in trauma-informed care and social-emotional learning
- Strong communication, crisis intervention, and collaboration skills
