Mental Health Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined caseload using specialist knowledge and advanced clinical reasoning
• Undertake assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care programmes
• Take an active role in the holistic assessment and treatment of adults with mental health problems
• Support individuals at risk of or who have attempted deliberate self-harm

Requirements

• RMN or Social Worker qualification
• Experience managing a caseload
• Experience offering clinical treatment work and consultation
• Experience with a wide range of mental health presentations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
