About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a defined caseload using specialist knowledge and advanced clinical reasoning
- Undertake assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care programmes
- Take an active role in the holistic assessment and treatment of adults with mental health problems
- Support patients at risk of or who have attempted deliberate self-harm
- Conduct risk reviews and case management within an inpatient team
Requirements
- Registration on a relevant professional membership board
- Qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker
- Experience with a wide range of mental health presentations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
