About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a defined caseload using specialist knowledge and advanced clinical reasoning
  • Undertake assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care programmes
  • Take an active role in the holistic assessment and treatment of adults with mental health problems
  • Support patients at risk of or who have attempted deliberate self-harm
  • Conduct risk reviews and case management within an inpatient team

Requirements

  • Registration on a relevant professional membership board
  • Qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker
  • Experience with a wide range of mental health presentations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
