Mental Health Nurse

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
• Provide support and education to patients, families, and carers
• Administer medications and treatments, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care
• Contribute to the development of care plans and risk assessments
• Engage in reflective practice, continuous professional development, and training opportunities

Requirements

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a clinical setting
• Compliance with DBS, Occupational Health, Clinical References, and Updated CV requirements
• Right to work within the UK
