Mental Health Nurse

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with patients and multidisciplinary teams on psychiatric intervention plans
• Build relationships with patients and families to understand holistic needs
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy, such as CBT for depression and anxiety
• Administer medication and monitor adherence to non-medical treatment plans
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and confidential environment
• Collect and record data on patient behavior and health journeys
• Support patients in emotion management using de-escalation techniques
• Assist with the training of clients, patients, parents, and staff

Requirements

• Degree in mental health, behavioral health, or equivalent
• 5 years of post-qualification experience
• Current license as a mental health nurse or equivalent
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian
• Excellent IT skills including electronic medical records systems
• Ability to work calmly under high-stress conditions
