Mental Health CPN

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health assessments, including risk assessments and care planning
• Offer one-to-one support to individuals with mental health conditions in the community
• Deliver therapeutic interventions and support recovery goals
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers
• Monitor and review care plans to ensure high standards of care
• Provide crisis management and intervention as needed

Requirements

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration
• Previous experience as a Band 6 CPN, ideally in a community setting
• Strong clinical knowledge and skills in mental health care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Enhanced DBS check
