Mental Health CPN

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered mental health care
• Carry out mental health assessments, care planning, and reviews
• Provide therapeutic interventions and support for service users
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care delivery
• Support the recovery process through a range of therapeutic activities

Requirements

• Qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
• Current NMC registration
• Band 6 experience in a community setting preferred
• Proven experience in mental health assessments and care coordination
• Enhanced DBS check
