Mental Health Counselor/Therapist or Social Worker

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care and psychotherapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing
• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans
• Manage a consistent weekly patient caseload across self-pay, insurance, and Medicare
• Provide clinical support, counseling, and crisis intervention to diverse populations in a telehealth environment
• Maintain timely and thorough session note documentation in compliance with clinical standards
• Participate in weekly group supervision, 1:1 supervisor meetings, and educational sessions

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts State License (LCSW or MHC)
• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical field
• At least one year of psychotherapy practice experience (practicum counts)
• Proficiency with technology platforms including Google Suite and EHR systems
• Ability to work a consistent schedule including at least four hours of evening or weekend availability

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in specific modalities like CBT, DBT, or EMDR
• Experience or interest in working with couples
• Fluency in additional languages
