About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior mental health practitioner providing assessments, therapeutic interventions, and care coordination for children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment and recovery plans.
  • Manage clinical documentation, including intake screenings, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
  • Provide clinical supervision to licensing candidates as assigned.
  • Take a lead role in department orientation, training, and program development.
  • Participate in clinical consultation and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in a mental health discipline plus two (2) years of post-Master's experience in the mental health field, or a Doctorate Degree.
  • Independent license to practice in New Jersey (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCADC, or Licensed Psychologist).
  • Proven experience delivering psychotherapeutic services to children, adolescents, or adults.
  • Ability to manage clinical documentation and work within a fast-paced outpatient environment.
