Men's Spa Attendant

Responsibilities

• Maintain a 5-Star standard in presentation and service for guests
• Handle laundry and refill products
• Perform light janitorial work
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
• Anticipate and address guest service needs
• Assist individuals with disabilities
• Follow all company safety and security policies
• Support the team to reach common goals

Requirements

• Ability to communicate fluently in English
• Open shift availability (specifically Saturday 2:30pm-10:30pm & Sunday 3:15pm-10:30pm)
• Detail-oriented and energetic
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend, twist, and reach overhead or below knees

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the hospitality or spa industries
