Men's Club Volleyball Coach

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Men's Club Volleyball program, including practice development and competition attendance
• Develop and manage student leaders to foster a positive, transformative team environment
• Recruit prospective students to maintain a roster of 15 or more athletes
• Manage administrative tasks such as team travel, game scheduling, practice coordination, and budget management
• Adhere to all Campus Recreation policies, protocols, and risk management practices
• Identify, supervise, and recruit volunteer assistant coaches
• Attend all required Club Sport Coach meetings and relevant college functions

Requirements

• 3-5 years of volleyball experience as a player and/or coach
• Knowledge of and ability to abide by all league rules and regulations
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED (or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire)
