Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver multiple software projects simultaneously
- Lead multifunctional teams including developers, QA, business analysts, and technical writers
- Distribute workloads and allocate resources efficiently
- Oversee end-to-end software delivery projects
- Hire and train new team members
- Perform effort sizing and estimations for software delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of technology development experience
- Minimum 4 years in Mendix delivery management roles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or Science
- Advanced knowledge of integration techniques and protocols
- Familiarity with Microservices architecture and cloud native environments
- Proficiency in architecture patterns and deployment options
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multinational teams
