MENA Regional Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s MENA expansion strategy across the GCC, Levant, and North Africa.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and institutional partners.
• Recruit, train, and manage Country Managers and regional sales teams across target markets.
• Drive regional revenue growth, net deposits, and active trading volumes.
• Negotiate IB agreements and commission structures while monitoring compliance and profitability.
• Provide market intelligence on competitor activity, regulatory developments, and local client behavior.

Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker with professional English communication skills.
• Mandatory senior-level experience within the Forex/CFD brokerage industry.
• A strong, existing book of clients, IBs, and industry contacts across the MENA region.
• Proven track record of managing or building high-performing sales teams.
• Deep understanding of trading platforms, leverage, spreads, and IB structures.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the MENA region for business development and team management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Regional Manager, Head of Sales, or Head of Business Development in a brokerage.
• Established networks in specific markets such as Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, or Jordan.
• Familiarity with regional KYC, compliance, and payment processing challenges.
