MEMS Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and drive new business opportunities for RB MEMS sensors in China
• Analyze competitors and market trends, including new legislation, applications, and customers
• Build market intelligence by attending trade fairs and conducting customer interviews and meetings
• Prepare business field analyses and competitor profiles in coordination with business unit headquarters
• Develop recommendations for management regarding portfolio adjustments based on technical and economic assessments
• Coordinate market entry strategies for new products or segments with technical experts
• Identify potential customers and partners to drive business relationships through successful commercialization

Requirements

• University degree in engineering, microsystems technology, physics, or a comparable background
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the automotive/CE semiconductor or sensor industry
• Solid technical understanding of semiconductors, sensors, and their specific applications/use-cases
• Proven skills in market and competition monitoring within the sensor technology or MEMS sectors
• Ability to define and derive both commercial and technical product requirements
• Proficiency in English (written and oral); German language skills are an advantage
• Ability to work effectively within high-dynamic, global teams and manage ambiguity
