MEMS Layout Engineer P2

Responsibilities

• Generate and deliver clean, complex layouts on the block level for Mixed-Signal/Analog circuits in 180nm and 40nm CMOS and DMOS technologies
• Layout ultra-low power high-performance circuits, including current mirrors, amplifiers, comparators, voltage references, switched-capacitors, and LDOs
• Focus on device matching, overall layout symmetry, and minimizing parasitics from routing and placement
• Perform layout for high-performance MEMS Sensors
• Create new custom package designs, including reference PCB design and 3D Mechanical design
• Collaborate with local and remote Mixed-Signal design teams to support product development

Requirements

• BSEE degree or equivalent
• 1+ years of proven experience in Mixed-Signal/Analog full custom layout at the IC and package level
• Knowledge of device physics and semiconductor processing
• Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso, Allegro, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling tools
• Experience in the interpretation and debugging of verification results
• Strong organizational, technical writing, and communication skills
