Memorabilia Retail Event Associate

Responsibilities

• Execute front-line event setup and breakdown for retail merchandise locations
• Drive sales of authenticated memorabilia and high-value collectibles
• Provide exceptional customer service and educate fans on product authenticity and care
• Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems to process high-value transactions accurately
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards, ensuring displays are neat and organized
• Monitor memorabilia displays to prevent tampering, theft, or improper handling
• Assist with inventory management, stocking, and reconciliation of limited-edition items

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Experience working in a venue, retail, or merchandise environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment
• Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
• Basic math skills and ability to learn POS systems
• High level of attention to detail and accountability when handling high-value inventory
• Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance throughout the event duration
