Memorabilia Retail Event Associate

Responsibilities

• Execute front-line event setup and breakdown of retail environments
• Manage sales transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system
• Handle authenticated memorabilia and high-value collectibles with extreme care and security
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards, ensuring displays are neat and fully stocked
• Educate fans on memorabilia authenticity, value, and care instructions
• Monitor displays to prevent tampering, theft, or improper handling by guests
• Assist with inventory reconciliation and report any discrepancies or security concerns immediately

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Experience working in venue, retail, or merchandise environments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment
• Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
• Basic math skills and ability to learn POS systems
• Proven ability to maintain punctuality and consistent attendance throughout an event
• High level of attention to detail and accountability when handling high-value inventory
