Memorabilia Retail Event Associate

Responsibilities

• Execute front-line event setup and breakdown for retail merchandise locations
• Drive sales and enhance the fan experience through professional customer interaction
• Handle authenticated memorabilia and high-value collectibles with extreme care and security
• Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems to process high-value sales transactions accurately
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards, ensuring displays are neat, organized, and fully stocked
• Monitor memorabilia displays to prevent tampering, theft, or improper handling
• Educate fans on memorabilia authenticity, value, and care instructions

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Experience working in a venue, retail, or merchandise environment
• Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
• Ability to use POS systems or a willingness to learn
• High level of attention to detail and accountability when handling limited-edition items
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Proven reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance throughout the event
