About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the slot machine and gaming table area during shifts
- Participate in and implement actions set by hierarchy
- Ensure proper application of commercial and marketing operations
- Guarantee customer reception and commercial relations (acquisition and loyalty)
- Contribute to product development and optimization of table game results
- Control the application of gaming regulations and internal procedures (LCB FT and Responsible Gaming)
- Handle disputes related to gaming incidents
Requirements
- Proven experience in the gaming or hospitality sector
- Strong field management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and discretion
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility
- Strong sensitivity to customer culture and product quality
- Perfect mastery of gaming regulations
