Responsibilities

• Manage the slot machine and gaming table area during shifts
• Participate in and implement actions set by hierarchy
• Ensure proper application of commercial and marketing operations
• Guarantee customer reception and commercial relations (acquisition and loyalty)
• Contribute to product development and optimization of table game results
• Control the application of gaming regulations and internal procedures (LCB FT and Responsible Gaming)
• Handle disputes related to gaming incidents

Requirements

• Proven experience in the gaming or hospitality sector
• Strong field management and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and discretion
• Ability to work in a team and flexibility
• Strong sensitivity to customer culture and product quality
• Perfect mastery of gaming regulations
