Membership Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to members and insured individuals via telephone and walk-in visits
• Assist in the sale of memberships and insurance products to prospective and existing customers
• Manage membership and insurance documentation, including renewals, policy changes, and billing information
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists
• Process payments for memberships and insurance services
• Perform administrative duties such as typing letters, forms, and evidence of insurance
• Resolve member and insured related problems using discretion and independent judgment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid Property and Casualty/Solicitors License (issued within 1 year)
• Moderate proficiency in data entry
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Advanced customer service skills
