Membership Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to members in-branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership, and billing
• Assist members with various services including passport photos, road trip planning, and cashiering duties
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists
• Meet individual and team cross-selling goals for AAA products and services
• Perform routine and advanced administrative duties to support agents and team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to qualify for a Personal Lines Insurance License
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics
• Ability to work overtime and rotating Saturdays
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or a similar customer service environment
• Advanced customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
