About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist members while providing outstanding customer service
- Answer phones in a professional manner
- Perform general data entry and clerical functions
- Provide tours of the facility
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong sales background
- Computer literacy
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and work under pressure
- Availability for afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal history, sex offender, and reference checks
