About the role
Responsibilities
- Connect with clients during classes to understand their goals and present membership options
- Onboard new members and ensure they maximize their membership benefits
- Post to social media accounts during classes while observing the class experience
- Host 2-3 classes per week, primarily evenings and weekends in Southwest Dallas
Requirements
- Persuasive, articulate, and confident communication style
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to Southwest Dallas studio locations
- Access to a tablet or iPad for role duties
