Responsibilities
- Connect with clients during classes to learn about their experience and goals
- Present membership options and onboard new members
- Post to social media accounts during classes
- Observe class experience and ensure members maximize their membership
Requirements
- Confident, persuasive, and articulate communicator
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Eligible to work in the US
- Reliable transportation to Downtown Jersey City studio
- Access to a laptop, tablet, or iPad preferred
