About the role
Responsibilities
- Connect with clients during classes to understand their experience and goals
- Present membership options and help clients achieve their fitness goals
- Onboard new members and ensure they maximize their membership benefits
- Post to social media accounts during classes while observing the experience
Requirements
- Confident, persuasive, and articulate communication style
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Values-driven with a focus on excellence and rapport building
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer-facing sales or service roles
- Comfort with social media posting and engagement
