Membership Sales

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients during in-person dance classes to understand their goals and present membership options
• Onboard new members and help them maximize their membership benefits
• Manage social media posting during classes while observing the experience
• Travel to class locations in Bentonville, Springdale, and Fayetteville for weeknight and weekend shifts

Requirements

• Persuasive, articulate, and confident communication skills
• Availability on Wednesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings
• Ability to work in-person following social distancing and mask protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience
