About the Company

DivaDance is a sexy, sweaty, stress-free dance experience for adults! We are the #1 brand for pop-music inspired, choreography-based dance classes, programs, and parties - with franchises in over 20 cities. We inspire confidence and build community in our inclusive, all-levels classes.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients during classes to hear about their experiences and goals
• Present membership options that best fit client needs
• Onboard new members and ensure they maximize their membership benefits
• Post to social media accounts during classes while observing the experience
• Form meaningful rapport with clients and community members

Requirements

• Confident, persuasive, and articulate communication skills
• Ability to work 2-3 classes per week, mostly evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation to studios in Grapevine, Irving, and/or Las Colinas
• Possession of a tablet or iPad is ideal
• Values-driven with an obsession for excellence

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or sales
