About the role
Responsibilities
- Sell club memberships and achieve individual sales, renewal, and ancillary service goals
- Prospect new business and clients through strategic outreach and in-club lead generation
- Host events and workshops to drive lead generation
- Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members to secure referrals
- Maintain deep knowledge of all club services, programs, and products
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings
Requirements
- Previous sales experience preferred
- An entrepreneurial spirit with the confidence to perform on an incentive-based salary
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Personal passion for health and fitness
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
