Membership Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the museum's membership program, including cultivation, stewardship, and growth strategies.
• Implement strategies for member renewal, upgrading, and visitor conversion.
• Plan and implement membership events, including corporate events and member-only programs.
• Develop integrated communication campaigns to acquire and retain members and donors.
• Manage membership data, ensuring the security, accuracy, and integrity of the database.
• Generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness, retention, and progress toward revenue goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and Development teams to meet organizational objectives.
• Provide oversight for the Membership Assistant regarding gift processing and correspondence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in membership development or fundraising.
• Strong project management skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in development database systems.
• Strategic planning skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
